Fill out our booking form below or call us at 832-380-8915. Choose your service and preferred date — we'll confirm within 2 hours. New clients get 20% off their first clean automatically.
How does the recurring service work? +
Choose weekly, biweekly, or monthly. We assign you the same cleaner each time so they get to know your home. Recurring clients get automatic discounts: 15% weekly, 10% biweekly, 5% monthly.
Do I need to be home during the clean? +
Not at all. Many of our regular clients provide a key or entry code. Every cleaner on our team is background-checked and we take full responsibility for your home while we're there.
What products do you use? +
We use premium eco-friendly, non-toxic products safe for children, pets, and allergy sufferers. We're also happy to use your preferred products if requested.
What is your cancellation policy? +
We ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a small fee. We understand life happens and are always happy to work with you.
What if I'm not happy with the result? +
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy, let us know within 24 hours and we'll return to re-clean the area free of charge. No arguments, no hassle.
How long does a clean take? +
A standard clean for a 3-bedroom home takes 2–3 hours. Deep cleans take 4–6 hours. We'll give you an accurate estimate at booking based on your home's specifics.
